Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is looking for a Trainer I to provide foundational training for XPEL installers and employees. This role involves teaching installation of various films including automotive tint and coatings, while ensuring adherence to XPEL's best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with several years of relevant industry experience. This position requires travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to assist in training at various locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the auto industry or as film/coating installer, or 2 years with a degree.
• Ability to teach various film and coating disciplines.
• Strong work ethic, confidence, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beginner training in multiple film disciplines.
• Travel up to 50% for training at dealerships.
• Support all XPEL policies and procedures.
