Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator for our Bowling Green, KY plant. You will set up, run, and maintain paint production equipment to meet customer specifications, while keeping safety and quality at the forefront of every shift.

Day shift operates on a 2-on/2-off, 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off cycle from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. The role is eligible for a performance-based bonus; benefits and career growth are available in a global company known for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing and/or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate painting production systems and equipment (HSDs, pumps, robotics, filling machines, packers, labelers, forklifts) safely.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods; monitor quality of materials and output.
• Maintain logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Keep production records up to date and collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Provide basic training and support to teammates as needed.
