Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a manufacturing operator to join the2nd shift team in our paint and coating production facility.

You will set up, run, and maintain equipment, ensuring products meet customer requirements while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include operating control systems, loading materials, monitoring quality, keeping logs, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating manufacturing equipment in a plant environment.
• Ability to monitor gauges and indicators to ensure proper operation.
• Willingness to comply with safety policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and finished goods.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Maintain production records and logs; report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
