Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a 2nd shift manufacturing operator to set up, run, and maintain paint production equipment in a fast-paced plant environment. You will operate high-speed dispersers, pumps, robotics, filling machines and forklifts while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and capability to log production data. Bonus eligibility applies based on performance; employment offers stability and industry benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and maintain records.
• Monitor materials for quality and ensure safe operations.
• Keep logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Suggest improvements to manufacturing procedures.
