Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company in Louisville, KY is hiring a Production Associate - General Laborer for the 2nd shift (10 AM–8:45 PM, Mon–Thu with occasional overtime). Starting pay is $22.05 plus a $0.50 shift differential, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay.

You’ll help ensure high-quality paint products are ready for customers and support safety and accuracy in production. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with the ability to operate production equipment, lift heavy loads, and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records, certifications and permits.
• Operating production equipment in mixing and filling batches of paint.
• Performing quality audits, checks, and tests to maintain standards.
• Assisting with EHS compliance, and with other areas in the plant.
