Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description**Specify, design, implement, and track the improvement of robot path programming and optimization of manipulator, applicator, and fluid delivery process.Responsible for ensuring the paint process setup instructions at current revision levels and correct.Coordination of trial runs and quality improvement for the paint process. Coordinate work with Maintenance and Production.Implement cost-reduction improvements for both new and existing equipment/processes.Technical support to all Production and Engineering operations for improvement programs.Working knowledge of paint department processes and principles, including latest technologies.General knowledge of production control / scheduling systems. Blueprint reading skills, working knowledge of statistical analysis.Knowledge of ISO 14001, TS 16949 requirementsWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, basic knowledge of PLC programming.Strong knowledge of paint application process. Allen Bradley PLC, Studio 5000, and paint shop pre – treatment process. **Fanuc P-250** experience and Modicon PLC experience a plus.**Education**Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field preferred**Certifications**N/A**Working Conditions**Will be required to work within the plant – factory environment where there is some exposure to noise, dust, fiberglass, and heat.
