Aerotek is seeking a Paint line Production Worker to rotate between washing and prepping products, load/unload paint lines, and learn powder coating in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Anoka, MN. This contract-to-hire role offers growth toward lead/supervisor positions and a structured wage progression.

Typical duties include powder coat application with quality inspections, physical labor capable of handling up to 50 lb parts, and adherence to safety in a non-temperature-controlled

Job Title: Paint line Production Worker

Job Description

The prep laborer will rotate between washing and prepping products, loading and unloading paint lines, and eventually will be trained in powder coating. The role involves spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and performing quality inspections to ensure a smooth finish.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
