NPAA is seeking a Production Operator for the Small Paint Plant in Lansing, IL to fill batches using the Automated Pail Filling Room, scales, mixers, and related equipment. The role supports other Operations areas as needed and requires safe forklift operation and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include batch filling, labeling, waste handling, and using SAP and MS Office to process orders. The position offers a competitive salary range and company benefits.

• Follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate equipment to fill batches including automated pail filling systems.
• Move materials with forklift.
• Utilize SAP, Access Database and MS Office to complete orders.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and adhere to Company SOPs, batch tickets, process sheets, and safety policies.
• Operate equipment used to fill batches, including automated pail filling systems, scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps, and filling machines.
• Fill finished goods into proper containers according to customer IDs and prepare accurate container labels.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials.
• Participate in improvement teams and contribute ideas.
• Identify potential off-quality products and initiate corrective actions per procedures.
• Utilize SAP, MS Access, and MS Office to complete orders.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in production areas.
• Maintain assigned equipment for proper operation.
• Perform activities in other Operations areas as needed.
• Transport waste to the 90-day Storage Area and label containers per NPAA procedures.
