Job summary

MIRATECH in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Shipping/Production Associate to handle shipping of silencers to customer specifications and internal requirements. You will meet safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping and attendance standards while performing duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping and inventory control.

You will use PC, paint equipment, saw, nail guns and cranes to assemble requirements, and conduct inspections and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in production/manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping and attendance standards.
• Perform spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Use PC, paint equipment, saws, nail guns and cranes to assemble requirements.
• Conduct inspections, certifications and documentation.

Collaborates with:

Welders, Metal Fab Operators, Shippers, Safety and Customer Service

Primary Responsibility:

Shipping of silencers to customer specifications and/or internal requirements

What You’ll Do:

• To meet and/or exceed standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance
• Proficient in assigned duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• Proficient in the use of tools such as PC, paint equipment, saw, nail guns, and cranes to assemble stated requirements
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation
• Warehouse equipment maintenance
• Work in accordance with ISO 9001-2015
• Other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to read, write and communicate
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Pay Range:
