Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Math, problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow weight fractions and measure liquids accurately.
• Experience in chemical plant/paint making is preferred.
• Experience operating fork trucks and passing background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and according to SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Train on 1st shift with potential move to 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.
• Blend, fill, and package batches per formula and batch tickets.
• Set up filtering and filling equipment and monitor labeling requirements.
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain clean work areas per safety rules.
