Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems is seeking a Production Operator for the Overnight shift in Houston, TX. You will support multiple production areas, maintaining safety, quality and efficiency while following Shift Leader guidance.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, be able to read, write and speak English, and have 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Minimum).
• Read, write and speak English.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, safe work areas and minimizes material spillage.
• Strives to achieve all production and quality goals.
• Assists maintenance when directed by Shift Leader.
• Communicates status of products and equipment between shifts.
• Provides samples to Quality Control and responds to inquiries promptly.
