Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Andover, KS is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator to set up, run, and maintain paint production lines. You will operate high-speed dispersers, pumps, robotics, filling machines, and forklifts while ensuring safety and quality.

The role includes loading raw materials, keeping logs, collaborating with teams, and contributing to process improvements. 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am, with a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and monitor materials for quality.
• Keep logs, report breakdowns, and maintain production records.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
