Job summary

Spartan Mowers in Batesville, AR is hiring a Paint Loader/Unloader to support our production line. You will load and unload metal products, prepare items for powder coating, and pack finished goods for dispatch.

The role emphasizes housekeeping, machine maintenance, and strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. GED or equivalent experience is acceptable, with opportunities for growth and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload powder boxes according to schedule.
• Prepare products prior to powder coating and jig up as needed.
• Pack completed powder coated products for dispatch.
• Keep work area clean and maintain machines/tools.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and quality systems to meet targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and perform related duties as assigned.

The Paint Loader/Unloader

The Paint Loader/Unloader will load and unload a wide range of metal products on production line to a good standard.

What Will You Do?

• Identifying, picking and returning of powder boxes correctly according to a work schedule.
• Jigging up and preparation of products prior to powder coating.
• Packing of completed powder coated products ready dispatch.
• General House Keeping, cleaning & keeping your work area tidy including basic maintenance of machines/tools.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed and to maintain all quality systems in order to meet your production targets.
• Follow the company standard operating procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What Do You Need?

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
