Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Paint Line Associate in Sumter, SC to operate paint equipment, prep parts, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The role requires adherence to quality standards and daily preventative maintenance.

The position runs Friday through Sunday, 5am–5pm, with an hourly rate of 16.75 and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Ideal candidates will have experience with painting in fabrication environments, forklift comfort, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Candidate must live within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare parts for painting and ensure quality standards.
• Enter information in the data collection system and operate paint equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and manage waste disposal.
• Accept and complete work assignments from management to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety and 5S standards and wear PPE as required.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform daily tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
