At PV Finishing, quality is built into every step of our powder coating process - including the hands that hang, inspect, and move every part through our line. We're looking for a Paint Line Product Handler who takes pride in precision, moves with purpose, and shows up consistently.

Fair warning: it's warm in here. If you've ever wanted to work somewhere with a built-in sauna, you've found it. But if you can handle the heat and deliver quality work on a 4-day schedule, we'll make it worth your while - including a $2.00/hr shift differential.

The Details

• Shift differential: +$2.00/hr - bringing your effective rate to $20-$23/hr
• Hours: Mon-Thu, 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Occasional Friday OT available as workload permits

What You'll Do

• Hang and unhang parts with care and precision following the Paint System Tech's workflow
• Ensure proper spacing and positioning on the line for even, consistent coating coverage
• Inspect each piece for quality issues - light spots, drips, inconsistencies - and flag anything that doesn't make the cut
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Support the team to keep production on schedule
