Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Raymond, MS is seeking a Paint Line Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am, Monday-Friday). You will load, unload, and move materials along the paint line while following safety rules and quality standards.

Starting pay is $21.75/hour with opportunities for advancement and some mandatory overtime. The role requires reading basic instructions and may involve operating forklifts or related material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and safety rules.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all safety rules.
• Load and unload materials from the paint line conveyor system.
• Convey materials using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if licensed).
• Move materials to designated areas and ensure proper stock sequencing.
• Inspect finished painted materials for quality.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
