Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for 2nd Shift at our Houston, MS facility. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining paint line equipment to maximize uptime and safety.

On-site position with a hands-on, fast-paced environment that values ownership and problem-solving. You will work with Production, Quality, and Operations teams, perform preventative maintenance, read schematics, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Electrical background and certifications required, including experience with basic industrial electrical systems, sensors, relays, and motor controls.
• Technical certification, trade school, or apprenticeship in Maintenance, Electrical, or Industrial Technology preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support equipment operations to ensure uptime and quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Replace, repair, and rebuild components including motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and controls.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
