Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety rules, quality standards, and production procedures.
• Basic math skills and the ability to complete simple production or quality documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting production standards and customer requirements.
• Follow standardized work instructions, visual aids, job breakdown sheets, quality alerts, control plans, and supervisor direction.
• Load, position, align, fasten, clip, bond, inspect, pack, label, or handle parts as required by the workstation.
• Operate hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, gauges, scanners, presses, or other production equipment according to training and safety requirements.
• Inspect incoming parts, in-process work, and completed assemblies for defects, damage, or quality concerns.
• Complete required production paperwork, quality checks, labels, part counts, scrap records, rework information, or electronic transactions accurately and on time.
