Job summary

Position: FAB Paint Line Loader - 2nd Shift at Eaton in Arden, NC. The role drives operation of the paint line, performs setup, runs equipment, and ensures quality while maintaining supplies and completing TPM/5S+ tasks.

The candidate must have basic computer skills, collaboration ability, and a strong safety mindset. Relocation sponsorship is not offered, and a 50-mile radius is preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered.
• Must be within 50-mile radius of Arden, NC.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial set-up for machine operation on the paint line.
• Operate equipment to produce painted parts and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies required for daily paint line operations.
• Perform quality checks and operator maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed; perform TPM and 5S+ daily.
• Flex to perform other responsibilities as needed.
