Job description

*SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION*

Use a hoist to move and hang castings on the paint line. Use compressed air to blow dirt from castings and an air pump to remove excess paint from inside the castings. Inspect castings and touch up paint with spray paint. May be required to band castings for shipment.

Operate assigned mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, front-end loader, sweeper) to transport materials within and between departments as needed.

This position may be classified as a lead and will perform job duties as assigned.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow safety rules to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
