Overview
As a Production/Line Operator, you will play a key role in our bottling process by ensuring bottles are correctly loaded onto the production line and efficiently packed into cartons at the completion end. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help ensure our product quality and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Load empty bottles onto the production line in a consistent and timely manner.
Monitor the bottling line to ensure smooth operation and promptly report any issues or downtime.
Inspect filled bottles for correct labeling, capping, and fill levels.
Pack finished bottles into cartons according to packaging specifications.
Stack completed cartons onto pallets as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic line maintenance as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
