Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking a Regular Full-Time position in Delano, MN. The role involves loading parts onto the line by sales order, color, and criteria, with 5:00 AM–1:30 PM hours, for a 4–6 month period.

The job emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as part of a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities include dense part loading, color differentiation, and following QCDSM boards for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read prints.
• Flexible in their work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period.
• Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product.
• Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.
• Load parts so they do not hold water.
• Rotate to different positions when needed.
• Able to communicate with team members.
• Use the labels to identify what part the color is.
• Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department.
