Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc is seeking a Paint Helper in Beaver Dam to support the painting line. You will kit, load/unload, and package parts for coating, while identifying quality issues and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Primary responsibilities include coating preparation, line assembly assistance, and documentation of production and quality data. 1st shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in painting or powder coating is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm job order and material selections; report shortages.
• Tape and mask parts for coating.
• Hang parts on conveyor and ensure uniform spacing.
• Assist with assembly on line as needed.
• Inspect coated parts for thickness with approved gauges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Follow safety rules and PPE guidelines.
