Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Technician for our 1st Shift team. This role involves prepping and hanging parts on a moving powder coating line while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders
• Stage and prep parts prior to coating
• Hang and mask parts on a moving paint line
• Hand wash and perform pre-paint surface prep
• Stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
