Job summary

FurstStaffing is seeking a floater between the paint line and packing areas. Shift runs 6am–3:30pm Monday–Thursday, 6am–2:30pm Friday, and select Saturdays 6am–11am.

The position offers $16 per hour with potential $0.25 hourly increases based on performance. Responsibilities include loading/unloading on the paint line, inspecting painted products for quality, handling finished materials, preparing inventory tags, and supporting the group leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related manufacturing industry.
• Powder coat paint system experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Able to lift 10-50 lbs regularly.
• Previous paint line experience, including hanging and talking off parts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products on the paint line; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Inspect painted products for defects; ensure quality.
• Handle finished materials; prepare inventory tags; support group leader.
• Identify and package parts into complete units.
• Build skids; secure shipments; prepare products for shipping.
• Use hand tools, nail guns, and other equipment.
• Move between paint line and packing areas during shift.
