The Toro Company in Tomah, Wisconsin, is hiring Paint Associates to support the paint line operations. Starting pay is $20.53 per hour, with a 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, and overtime as needed.

The Paint Associate will prepare, hang, and remove parts on the paint line, inspect finished parts, and contribute to quality and safety in the production area. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and, ideally, some manufacturing experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office and company systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare and hang parts, components, or assemblies on the paint line according to specifications.
• Ensure proper spacing, balance, and alignment for coating coverage.
• Mask or plug surfaces to protect areas from paint.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging.
• Assist with loading/unloading the paint line and organize workflow.
