Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Safety-minded attitude required.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems.
• Willing to cross-train and learn multiple production processes.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work extended shifts/overtime as production requires.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the paint line.
• Ensure quality and packaging per customer’s request.
• Attach and remove hooks from the paint line.
• Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces from paint, coatings, or other finishing applications.
• Install PEM nuts and weld nuts onto components, ensuring proper placement and secure attachment.
• Move materials as needed to support production flow.
• Receive training in painting techniques and processes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations.
