Toro Tomah in Tomah, Wisconsin is hiring Paint Associates to support the paint line and production flow. Starting pay is $20.53/hour for a 1st shift, Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• General computer proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hang parts on the paint line according to specifications.
• Ensure proper spacing and alignment for coating coverage.
• Mask or plug surfaces to protect areas from paint.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging.
• Load and unload the paint line and organize workflow.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, or defects before/after painting.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Report issues or shortages to supervisors.
