Express Employment Professionals Appleton is seeking a paint line worker for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. You will hang, mask, and prepare parts, dip in paint or powder coat, and perform quality checks to ensure finish quality.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Paint line, powder coating, or finishing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and turn throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Hang, mask, and prepare parts for paint or powder coat line.
• Dip parts into paint according to process requirements.
• Perform visual quality checks for coating and finish.
• Use hoists and lifting equipment to load/unload parts safely.
• Palletize and package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Support general manufacturing tasks as needed.
