Advanced Coatings Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Hanger/Packer for 1st and 2nd shift at our Oshkosh facility. Load/unload parts on paint and wash lines, hang parts by color, inspect for defects, and document inventory movements. Maintain a clean, organized work area and provide paint relief coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Strong attendance history and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the paint line and/or wash lines.
• Hang parts in accordance with methods and colors for painting.
• Visually check parts for defects or craftsmanship.
• Accurately document all physical inventory movements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide paint relief support during breaks and lunch.
• Complete necessary identification, paperwork and quality inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
