Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Paint Lead to assist in overseeing Paint Line operations. This role involves coordinating with technicians, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of leading a team effectively. Previous experience in a technical environment and knowledge of powder painting processes are preferred.
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This is a 1st Shift position. This person may perform all aspects of the Powder / Wet Paint Line, as well as give instruction to the Technicians assigned to the lines. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean.
