Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Typically 2+ years of applicable experience.
• Able to handle paints and chemicals with required PPE.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform basic computer tasks (Office/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare 1–30+ gallon paint samples and perform testing as skillset grows.
• Prepare panels in laboratory environment for testing, color or other evaluations.
• Stock materials and maintain equipment in the lab to support team productivity.
• Use computer software to manage experimental data and complete basic job functions.
• Follow internal procedures regarding 5S, safety, and compliance.
