Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. (NPAA) seeks a laboratory technician to prepare paint samples, set up panels in a lab and support testing activities.

You will handle materials, maintain lab equipment and manage data using basic software, while following 5S, safety and compliance procedures. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to learn and work with paints and chemicals using PPE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare 1–30+ gallon paint samples and perform basic-to-advanced testing as skillset grows.
• Prepare panels in laboratory environment for testing, color or other evaluations.
• Stock materials and maintain equipment in laboratory to support productivity.
• Use computer software to manage experimental data and perform basic functions.
• Follow internal procedures regarding 5S, safety, and compliance.
