Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to join a high-energy team and develop sales experience while learning about our products, programs, and services.

This role serves as a steppingstone toward Territory Sales Representative opportunities, with potential relocation to designated regions as future roles become available. You will onboard with the Field Sales team, participate in training, and engage with retailers and customers to grow knowledge of paints and coatings

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Willingness to relocate within designated region as needed for future opportunities.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools used for sales and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Representatives in meeting sales goals by calling on customers and promoting products and programs.
• Cover assigned territories as needed to support vacations or leaves of absence within region.
• Manage territory logistics and CRM/enterprise systems to drive sales and profitability.
• Demonstrate customer-centric selling with a consultative approach within a team environment.
• Establish yourself as a go-to expert for customers by combining product knowledge with business acumen.
