Job summary

Responsibilities

• Staffing management and shift coverage planning.
• Maintain training plans and update skills matrix.
• Manage Time and Attendance; coordinate with shift leads.
• Lead TPM coordination and Lean initiatives in the paint dept.
• Oversee 5S activities and audits; track tasks and provide feedback.
• Manage paint supplies and reordering; ownership of special projects.
• Support day-to-day continuous improvement and problem solving.
