Job summary

Arconic is seeking a Paint Department Coordinator to join the Springdale, AR team. The role focuses on staffing, training plan management, TPM coordination, and continuous improvement within the paint department.

You will lead 5S activities, manage time and attendance, and coordinate with maintenance for TPM events. Strong knowledge of JDE, WorkBrain, and MS Office is required; prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing management and shift coverage planning.
• Maintain training plans and update skills matrix.
• Manage Time and Attendance; coordinate with shift leads.
• Lead TPM coordination and Lean initiatives in the paint dept.
• Oversee 5S activities and audits; track tasks and provide feedback.
• Manage paint supplies and reordering; ownership of special projects.
• Support day-to-day continuous improvement and problem solving.
