Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a General Laborer for the Concrete department on the 1st shift (6:00am to 4:30pm). You will communicate with the Production team, prep molds, assist in pouring concrete, and ensure finishing applications are performed, while maintaining excellent attendance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of concrete finishing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year concrete finishing in a manufacturing department.
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with handtools.
• Experience working with Concrete, paving, etc.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep molds, assist in pouring concrete and ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
