Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a Delivery Associate to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and deliver products from Sherwin‑Williams stores using company vans or pickups.

You will load, transport, and deliver items safely on routes, possibly evenings/weekends, with the ability to lift heavy loads and read directions. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to retrieve material and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must work evenings/weekends as scheduled.
• Internal Sherwin‑Williams employees must meet performance expectations and complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specification.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report needed repairs.
