Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin-Williams internal: Meets Expectations rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present appropriate products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work orders and files; manage formulas.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and timely.
• Assist with loading/unloading from vehicles.
• Maintain store vehicle; report repairs to supervisor.
• Follow routes and schedules; comply with laws and safety procedures while driving.
• Prepare delivery reports and documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
