Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes at 2410 W 5th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92703, is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate. You will deliver products from the branch, prepare orders, and assist customers both in person and over the phone.

You may operate warehouse equipment, handle inventory, and support color retrieval and paint mixing as needed. Schedule aligns with branch hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours with or without accommodation
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
• 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a safe and timely manner
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures
• Ensure stockroom is organized
• Operate color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with physical inventory
