Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for full-time roles across stores within 30 miles of Wake Forest, NC. You will guide both wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products to ensure satisfaction and sales goals.

You’ll handle in-store and phone inquiries, process transactions, and assist with deliveries and stock. Experience in paint or retail helpful; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean and presentable areas and inventory control.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options and seek improvements.
