Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Brick store is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend products. You’ll process sales, tint and mix products, stock displays, and help with deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

You will work toward monthly and yearly sales goals, stay knowledgeable on product options, and ensure accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Experience selling paint and related products preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
