Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Brookhaven, PA to support wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

The role involves in-store and phone interactions, cash handling, stocking displays, and maintaining product knowledge. Lifting up to 50 lbs and working some evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from the floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Maintain clean store equipment and surroundings.
• Assist in deliveries when required.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
