Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include handling orders/payments across channels, loading and delivering orders, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and able to pass background checks.
• Experience in customer service and a team setting preferred.
• Strong communication and professional conduct with customers.
• Ability to use a computer for order processing and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and recommending products.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and orders.
• Mix, tint, and match paints per customer specs.
• Learn brand knowledge and store processes for smooth operations.
• Process orders and payments across multiple channels (phone, in-person, online, email).
• Support sales efforts and help meet store goals.
• Load, deliver, and stock orders while maintaining safety and organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist with daily tasks.
