• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Experience selling paint; operating tinting and mixing equipment (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language; Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain stock and display areas, pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and inventory controls.
