Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate to support our Reno, NV store operations. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and present products to meet those needs while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and supporting deliveries and store maintenance. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a retail environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
