Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Branch Customer Service Specialists in Illinois to assist paint customers, answer questions, and recommend solutions. The role supports multiple stores and helps achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, tinting/mixing, stocking, and delivering as needed, with a focus on high service quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
