Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or equivalent technical/trade experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering or construction projects.
• Experience managing projects valued around $500K or larger.
• AutoCAD drawing review/modification experience.
• Experience creating bid specifications and negotiating with contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage paint booth modification and construction projects.
• Lead structural and airflow improvement projects within paint booths.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and bid packages.
