Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corp. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Paint Associate - Sprayer on 1st shift to apply spray finishes to doors and components. You will spray paint parts, inspect visually, and maintain color consistency across the product line.

Ideal candidates have hands-on spray experience in a production or body shop environment, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow supervisor directions. PPE is required, and OT may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is required.
• Hands-on spray painting experience in a body shop or door assembly setting preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail.

Job description

Reeb, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Paint Associate - Sprayer to join our VALUES based organization who would be responsible to spray paint a variety of parts to produce appropriate finishes on doors. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Mandatory OT as needed.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

• Spray paint parts as required to meet quality requirements
• Perform Visual inspection of all material prior to painting
• Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
• Ensure quality of paint and thinners
• Cleans and maintains all paint apparatus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production environment
• Previous hand spraying experience in a body shop or door assembly environment
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
• Must be able to wear proper PPE, including a respirator mask.
