Job summary

Specialty Building Products, operating through its Alexandria Moulding brand, is seeking an experienced Paint Associate - Brusher for the 1st shift. Monday to Friday with mandatory overtime as needed. Position starting rate is $18/hr, with full-time benefits available.

The role focuses on precision painting, color consistency, and staining quality, while maintaining staining equipment and work areas. Prior production painting experience and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in a production environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
